The Islamic Center of Boston (ICB) was established in 1979 as a nonprofit, nonsectarian religious, educational and cultural organization. Services provided by the ICB include congregational prayers, a Sunday school, educational lectures and interfaith activities. The center services the Muslim community west and north of Boston and membership includes many ethnic groups of Muslims from all over the world.

Natick 180
Natick 180 is a community coalition that brings together a wide range of people and resources from around Natick to address the factors that contribute to addiction and to build up the community characteristics that protect against it, fostering community conversations about substance use and mental health that are driven by empathy, respect, science and data. While addiction cannot be prevented in every circumstance, by assisting individuals and families with connected programs, services and treatment providers, Natick can respond more effectively to help community members who experience addiction.

Boston Knapsack Anti-Racism Group
A mainly white (though all are welcome)/cross-class group of folks who hold a vision of shared liberation and are dedicated to building capacity among white people to engage in the struggle for racial justice. We do this through group discussion and learning, building awareness and community, and taking action to disrupt the systems of racism in the U.S. and beyond. We support the efforts of racial justice leaders and organizations, and hold ourselves accountable to guidance from our Partners of Color.

In partnership with local institutions and organizations, we organize events, projects, and programs that emphasize the value in exploring our many cultures, religions, and ways of life.
family promise metrowest
A community response to families who are homeless. We provide overnight shelter to families through a network of 19 host congregations opening their doors, while volunteers provide food and support. At our Day Center in Natick professional case managers support families in reaching individualized goals for sustainability. Our staff is supported by over 3500 trained volunteers from congregations, schools, businesses, civic organizations and the community at large.
oUT MetroWest
OUT MetroWest builds communities where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) youth thrive. Each month, we run more than a dozen after-school and evening meetings for LGBTQ+ and allied youth. These educational, social, and supportive meetings are offered free of charge to all participants. We also offer workshops about gender and sexual orientation, as well as community events that celebrate the growing number of LGBTQ+ families that call MetroWest Boston home.
Natick Neighbors Compost
We continue the pilot program Natick began and have grown to over 800 households composting our food waste instead of adding it to the garbage that goes to the incinerator the Town of Natick uses. This saves the environment, our cost for pay as you go bags, and save the town money. About 41% of garbage in town is food waste. We researched and recommend a hauler to those signing up. See you at the Farmer's Market when it meets outside on the Common in warm months.
Alliance for MetroWest Unity
The mission of the Alliance for MetroWest Unity is to bring together all groups within the MetroWest region to celebrate our diversity, promote inclusion, and to increase our understanding of the community. On an annual basis, the Alliance for MetroWest Unity recognizes and rewards nominated high school students from the schools within the MetroWest region. Nominations are made by each school in the fall, and are presented each spring during the MetroWest Community Prayer Breakfast.
