Join Jordan and Ruth for a 75 minute Slow Flow and Restore yoga practice. Practice will take place Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:45am and will incorporate slow vinyasa style asana as well restorative poses. All levels are welcome - variations will be provided and props are highly encouraged for all levels.
This yoga class is for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) only--a space for BIPOC to be able to bring their entire selves to the mat. All those identifying as BIPOC are welcome to practice - together we will move, breathe and connect. The class is offered as donation based with monies going towards community actions.
Note: this program will not be held unless there are two participants enrolled, minimum. Sign up within 24 hours before the start of the class for us to know who is attending. Schedule:
