Join us to discuss these books:
6/10 My Grandmother's Hands by Resmaa Menakem
7/15 The Nickel Boys by Colson Whitehead
8/19 Hood Feminism by Mikki Kendall
9/16 The Water Dancer by Ta-Nehisi Coates
We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:45. Using Zoom until things change with C-19. We share what stood out for us...what challenged us, what we learned, questions we have… whatever comes up. Be prepared for the discussion with a favorite part to share or question to ask.
This discussion group is a part of Boston Knapsack Anti-Racism Group. Go to this meetup page to read about the books and to RSVP.
Registration is required as it helps us be prepared and it gives us ways to communicate if there are changes in plans. Alternatively, you can email the organizer (4change.resource@gmail.com).
If your plans change, PLEASE let us know ASAP. Thank you!
- Let us know your needs so we can help make the event accessible for you.
