A critical barrier to seeking treatment for mental health challenges in our culture is the level of stigma so often attached to it. Dori Hutchinson, Associate Clinical Professor at Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University, will focus on the mystery and realities of recovery from serious mental health conditions through the voices of people in recovery and their photos. Discover the biases and prejudices about mental health conditions and the people who live with these challenges that are barriers to recovery and how you can advocate to stop the stigma.
