This month we will be sharing the challenges we face as anti-racists working to deconstruct systems of privilege and oppression in our world.
Are we working on individual or systemic racism? Both? Why?
How do we change our own attitudes and actions?
What's challenging us?
Where is our growing edge?
How do we balance it all?
Please join in the conversation as we continue to get real about the problem of racism in our world, and move toward personal and collaborative action. Our Racial Justice Dialogues (RJD) are opportunities to talk openly about racism and other forms of oppression in our society. All are welcome.
